ZL was charged with Non-probational residential burglary. Too make things worse he had a prior felony. Because of the charges he was looking at at least 4 years I.D.O.C. Despite this recent set back ZL had worked very hard to turn his life around. We were able to put an impressive mitigation package together with plenty of documentation and character references to show the State that he was worth another chance. In the end after hard negotiations were were able to get him Probation.
