LT was accused of PCS/heroin (Possession of a Controlled Substance). Cross examination was able to show that the officer lost sight of the object and could not see what was passed in the alleged hand-to-hand transfer. The court found NO Probable Cause at the preliminary hearing and dismissed the case.
